February is full of holidays and celebrations! People around the world celebrate their special days. We have Candlemas, Imbolc, St. Valentine’s Day, Carnival… And in Japan, of course, we have Setsubun! The Kinder students were quite startled when A DEMON suddenly barged into our classroom on February 3 rd ! Thankfully we had some beans ready to shoo them away! It was close, though! For the rest of the day the students were wondering if the demon was coming back. This one was red. Was the blue one going to show up next? Was the red one going to return? Terrifying! (Ms. Karmen)
