We offer the Ontario(Canada) curriculum and all courses are taught in English by certified teachers. Japanese(Kokugo) lessons are offered everyday up to Grade 8.

Saturday School program helps those prospective students to get to know about Columbia International School. The program is taught in English with Japanese supports. If anyone wants to know about Columbia before applying to the regular program, Saturday School program is the one for you.

Summer School
Summer School program helps those prospective students to get to know about Columbia International School. The program is taught in English with Japanese assistants. Columba’s high school students and the alumni help students to have fun in the summer program.

Open Campuses are available for the specific age groups, New Gr 1, Gr 7, Gr 10 students in the next academic year. Other students and parents may visit us on the individual school tour days.

Junior Program Updates
In the G7 Japanese language class, we learned about “the construction of Kanji and radicals”, and learned that each part that assembles kanji has a meaning and that they are combined into one kanji. They tried to make their own original Kanji by thinking about the meanings of the parts. They came up with a lot of very interesting kanji!
