This year’s Halloween event was another memorable experience for the CIS community and friends, including Friend Kindergarten.
Students participated in scary chalk-drawing, traditional pumpkin carving, and our annual Halloween Parade with a costume contest.
There were many wonderful costumes with a few outstanding ones winning prizes.
Students did an amazing job with carving pumpkins and decorating their classroom hallways.
Winner of the chalk drawing competition was grade 11 (Mr. Mhlanga’s homeroom).
Winners of the pumpkin carving were G1B Ms. Galang, G6 Mr. Denard, G7 Mr. Bentz, and G11 Mr. Mhlanga.
It was a fun-filled day with a lot of haunted CIS spirit! (Mr. Twist)
