This year’s Halloween event was another memorable experience for the CIS community and friends, including Friend Kindergarten. Students participated in scary door-window drawing, traditional pumpkin carving, and our annual Halloween Parade with a costume contest. There were many wonderful costumes with a few outstanding ones winning prizes. Students did an amazing job with carving pumpkins and decorating their doors. The winner of the door-window drawing competition was G8A (Mr. Moody’s homeroom). Winners of the pumpkin carving were G1 Mr. Merritt, G3B Ms. Galang, G5 Mr. Jovanovic, G8B Mr. Bentz, and G12 Ms. MacDonald. It was a fun-filled day with a lot of haunted CIS spirit!
